The worst post-office I have ever seen. They have an issue with every service possible, be it return drop-ins or branch verification.

I would give zero star but system won't allow it This post office is an absurd!! 8 station and only one person working there, the 4 self service station never really worked and are constantly out of service! Whoever is responsible for running this place shame on you! The ques are horrendous everytime! I'm feeling extremely sorry for the only lovely lady that's working there as she gets all the abuse from frustrated people:(
It's embarrassing for Ealing Council not to take action and improve the situation

Understaffed and you have to double check that they have given you the service you have asked for. Often very long waits.

worst post office, severely understaffed, staff who do work there are very rude, refuse to serve you after you queue for 40 minutes because even if you’re in the queue before closing hours if you get to the front of the line 1 min after you won’t be served. feel bad for staff as obviously stressed but unacceptable
